MAKE IT YOURS

Your figures

Read rebate eligibility before selecting

Full-ownership scenario only. Each purchaser must meet the conditions; mixed eligibility needs a lawyer’s calculation. You must be at least 18, never have owned a home or interest in a home anywhere in the world, have no spouse (including a qualifying common-law spouse) who owned a home while your spouse, be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident at closing, and occupy the home as your principal residence within nine months. Ontario and Toronto have separate rules and applications. We assume an eligible rebate is claimed at registration, reducing the cash then payable. Otherwise budget the gross tax and apply for any eligible refund later.

Confirm every condition with your lawyer and the official sources. This tool does not establish your eligibility.

Your plan takes shape here.

Confirm the supported resale and ownership scope before calculating. New construction, foreign buyers, mixed eligibility and unusual ownership need an individualized tax and closing-cost review.
